Elouise Dalziel

Board Member

Elouise is a passionate ocean explorer and science-policy communicator.

As Marine Policy Inclusion Officer, Elouise applies creative, social-science approaches to marine policy which amplify under-served voices. Being a Snorkel Instructor, she works closely with coastal communities to improve ocean accessibility via Scotland’s Snorkel Trail Network.

Elouise travels worldwide working as a whale biologist/ocean conservationist.

Eco Drama board - Mia Perry

Mia Perry

Board Member

Mia Perry is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education at the University of Glasgow. She is the co-director of the International research network, Sustainable Futures in Africa, and an Associate Director of the University of Glasgow Centre for Sustainable Solutions.

Working across many spaces of difference, disciplines, geographies, sectors and cultures, Mia specialises in literacies and learning, arts and cultural production, and methodologies of research and teaching.

Erika Anderson

Treasurer

Erika is an academic with a focus on ESG/sustainability in tech, finance, and the space sector. Alongside her role with the Financial Regulation Innovation Lab, she is a member of the space sector’s Environmental Task Force and is co-founder of the Guam Human Rights Initiative.

From managing fine art galleries, to serving as Senior Arts & Education Consultant for a UK social enterprise, to volunteering with an array of organisations, her work has always focused on human rights, education, and opportunities for growth.

Kirsty White

Board Member

Kirsty is an infant teacher in Glasgow.  She loves being outdoors and learning through play with amazing and curious wee minds. Before becoming a teacher Kirsty worked as an Arts Development Officer and Producer.

Board Member

Christy is a Scottish Green Party Councillor for Anderston/City/Yorkhill and Depute Lord Provost of Glasgow.

Lisa McRuvie

Board Member

Lisa is a Glasgow-based marketing and communications professional with over a decade of experience in the arts, culture, and live events sectors. As Marketing Manager at Beacon Arts Centre, she delivers inclusive audience strategies and values-led brand storytelling, leading over 200 campaigns annually. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Arts, Festival and Cultural Management and a degree in Commercial Music.

A passionate advocate for the role of the arts in community and individual wellbeing, Lisa brings both creativity and critical insight to her board role, championing access, impact, and long-term growth in the sector.
