Roisin McLinden

Drama Artist, Out to Play & The Forgotten Orchard Project

Roisin McLinden (she/they) is a participatory artist and community practitioner specialising in co-creation within theatre, heritage, and outdoor settings. She is an experienced youth worker, youth arts facilitator and creative producer.

After training with the Tron Young Company, Roisin graduated in History from The University of Glasgow, and has completed a short course in Dramatherapy at Queen Margaret University.

She is passionate about the Arts as a tool for wellbeing and works to nourish confidence and connection in everyone she works with. A central part of her work is encouraging a strong relationship with nature, drawing upon the elements of the natural world to ground into individual authenticity and balanced group dynamics.

Roisin is an enthusiastic poet and songwriter. She is currently integrating her creative writing into her participatory practise and is excited to bring storytelling directly into her work with Eco Drama.
