Moving beyond recycling and efficiency, can we create theatre that not only enriches our audience, but our community and environment as well?

This August Eco Drama has teamed up with Edinburgh Green Tease and the Edinburgh Fringe Participant Programme to bring you Ecology & Theatre-Making: Sharing’s from the Team behind Uprooted and the Living Stage.

Join Eco Drama & stage designer Tanja Beer for a 90 minute seminar sharing best practice from the process of creating Uprooted and Scotland’s first Living Stage. For anyone interested in sustainable theatre-making, and how we can engage with communities to play a central role in environmental advocacy and education.

You can find out more about the Uprooted theatre production here.

This Fringe event/Green Tease is open to anyone interested in connecting art, sustainability and climate change. We hope you can join us for tea, biscuits and discussion!

Tickets can be booked in person at Fringe Central from 3rd August or in advance by email to fringecentral@edfringe.com
