Out exploring…

Whiteinch is an interesting area. It is made up of industry, concrete, houses, flats but then a beautiful almost magical piece of land appears that is Victoria Park.

Our Eco Drama Group ventured out of the Whiteinch Community Centre for the afternoon and went exploring and we sure had a brilliant time.

The group navigated their own route to and from the park as they are the experts in the area after all. We roamed the park taking rubbings of interesting articles found, we even took some samples back with us.

The group loved running in the open space and were very interested in the plants/flowers, the trees, habitats and the war memorial.

We sat and sketched by the pond and for a few minutes their was complete silence from the group while they took it all in.

This may have been our first time venturing outside but it certainly wont be the last.
